The only Bluetooth devices I can see on the Dell FTP Website: httpftp.dell.com/published/Pages/dimension-e521.html Are the keyboard and mouse bundles. I see no actual Bluetooth card. I have listed the Windows 7 compatible drivers here but no Bluetooth:
