I mean the only Bluetooth driver I find on the Dell website regarding Bluetooth is for the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse bundles. I see no Bluetooth device under Network: Also the Hardware ID you gave appears to be for a WD Hard drive and Windows 7 should have the driver for it. Its not a Bluetooth
