Hi Believe it or not, I am just getting back to this issue. I typed in my service tag and I see the drivers to download but I don't see one for broadcom. I'm not able to let the site check my configuration because i can't connect to the internet. How can i find the broadcom driver? thanks

Ashley, The only things I can think of are Windows 8 may not be able to connect to some Cisco routers If Avast is using the VPN, that may also cause a problem. If you're using this feature with Avast, try turning it off. Rick

After updating the driver on my dell inspiron n5030, the WIFI drops out at certain times, when it happens, it will dis connectmy wi fi I, i turn off and back on again and it can't find any wi fi networks, i then have to disable and enable it to get it to work from networking and sharing centre

my dell 3521 in windows 8.1 does not installing wirelees and bluetooth driver , and show activte bluetooth using wirelees switch. i on and off wirelees switch but no change. Even i download latest drivers. but no working.... please help....

I bought a Dell Inspiron Desktop in April, 2014 and have had nothing but trouble with it, sttaying connected to the internet. Yesterday until now I cannot connect. When I called Customer Support I naturally rached India and could not understand the person on the other end.

I am running W7, x64 with the AC-3160 adapter, Intel driver 17.1.0.19 on a inspirion 5547. I get a really bad connection, but truth be told, some routers seem to get a fine connection. First, I blamed my router for being ***, then all the wireless networks floating around.

I recently purchased an Inspiron 15-3531 laptop about a month ago. The internet performance over wifi is extremely slow, which is a problem because this laptop can only access the internet over wifi (no ethernet port). For an idea of how slow an internet speed test puts my download speed at 0.
